The Accounting Act requires us to store transaction data for 5 years. In connection with guarantees and complaints in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act and the Norwegian Purchase Act, we store purchase history for 10 years. Card numbers are not stored beyond what is necessary to ensure the handling of orders and it is not possible for Miningtech AS to see your entire card number in any of our systems. If you wish to pay by invoice, partial payment or deferred payment, Klarna carries out a credit check based on your social security number.

 

2.3 Your rights

At any time, you have the right to access your personal data that miningtech.no has registered about you. You can ask to have this information either sent, corrected or deleted. Note that we can only delete information that we are not obliged to keep in accordance with current legislation or other obligations we have, such as accounting.
